• The percentage of reduction is calculated on the basis of the non-reduced price (i.e. the reference price) – filling in the same selection criteria (eg: dates, destination, vehicles, etc…) on the homepage of the following Europcar Internet website : www.europcardubai.com
• The rate displayed and made available from this page include directly the percentage off.
• The discounts are calculated based on the public online car rental rates and the reduced prices are displayed in the booking process. Europcar rates are inclusive of all mandatory charges. They include tax, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Waiver (THW), airport charges and vehicle registration fee when applicable. Extra Insurance if required can be opted.
• Discount does not apply on the recommended extras.
• The benefits of these discounts are submitted to the availability of vehicles at the moment of booking. Miles cannot be earned from this offer.
• Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or special offer.
• A valid Sabic Employee ID or Business card in the name of the first named driver must be shown at the car rental pick-up station in order to benefit from the discount.
• You must present a valid driver’s licence, credit card and a valid ID such as passport at pick up station.
• The offer is non retroactive and cannot be converted into cash or be exchanged with any other product and service.
• The rental agreement is concluded with the Europcar company of the respective rental country and the general rental conditions of the respective rental country apply.
